MINERAL AGGREGATES
Diabase of unique hardness is pulled out in Trnava (Gornji Podgradci, Gradiška) quarry, and processed by crushing and sieving processes (dry procedure) in a modern plant of high-capacity in Trnava quarry. Fractions 0-2 mm are processed with rinsing procedure (wet procedure).
According to the physical-mechanical properties, two varieties of rock mass of diabase participate in the Trnava deposit, which are conditionally called compact-fresh diabase (ββ) and modified-debris diabase (ββ ‘).
Compact-fresh diabase (ββ) is a compact rock that is present in the deeper levels of the deposit. The colors of the diabase are gray-green and gray, the structures are ofite (ophite), and the textures are massive and homogeneous.
Modified – debris diabase (ββ ‘) is present in shallower deposit levels. It is made up of broken pieces of rock dark brown to brown in color.
Natural fractions of river gravel from Sava and Vrbas river are processed in Gradiška (location of the company’s seat) with washing and sieving processes (wet procedure). According to the client’s request, we perform crushing of river gravel (dry procedure).
Limestone of excellent characteristics is pulled out and processed by our partners in Šahin kamen (Trbuk, Maglaj) quarry with procedures of crushing and sieving.

Ongoing control of produced aggregate is carried out in our own laboratory located within the Trnava quarry.
Preliminary testing of stone, crushed stone and fractionated stone aggregate is carried out by the accredited laboratory of the Institute “IGH“ d.d. (Joint-stock company) Zagreb and accredited laboratory of the Civil Engineering Institute “IG” d.o.o. (LLC) Banja Luka.
The tests are performed according to the work schedule prescribed by the applicable legislation and European standards.

Asphalt fractions – diabase and limestone
Our fractions allow production of all types of high-quality asphalt mixtures. Additionally, these aggregates were used for production of all asphalt layers on motorways Banja Luka – Gradiška and Banja Luka – Doboj.

Gravel – diabase
Gravel made of diabase of unique hardness is used for construction of railroad ballast, as well as for drainage systems. Additionally, this crushed stone is incorporated into sub-structure of two-lane railway Dugo Selo – Križevci (Croatia) designed for speeds up to 160 km/h.

Concrete fractions – river gravel and limestone
Our fractions allow production of all types of concretes and construction of most demanding, as well as less demanding structures. Additionally, these fractions were used for construction of Banja Luka – Gradiška and Banja Luka – Doboj motorway.

Sub-base – diabase and limestone
Sub-base aggregates made of diabase of unique hardness and limestone of excellent characteristics are used for construction of bearing layers of pavement structures. Additionally, these sub-bases were used for construction of all bearing layers on construction of Banja Luka – Gradiška i Banja Luka – Doboj motorway.

ASPHALTS
High quality asphalt mixtures intended for the construction of bearing, binding and wearing layers of asphalt are produced in a modern high-capacity plant in Gradiška (location of the company management). Additionally, our asphalt mixtures were incorporated into the Gradiška – Banja Luka and Banja Luka – Prnjavor motorways.
Our partners produce asphalt mixtures in modern high-capacity plants in Johovac (Doboj), Vladičin Han (Serbia) and Šid (Serbia). Additionally, their asphalt mixtures were incorporated into Doboj – Prnjavor motorway, on the E-75 motorway in Grdelička klisura (Serbia) and in the reconstructed first line IA3 state road from Šid to the Batrovci border crossing (Serbia).

Asphalt concrete
Asphalt mixtures used for construction of bearing, binding and wearing layers of asphalt belong to asphalt concretes. Bearing layers are produced from aggregate of granulation of 16 mm, 22 mm and 31.5 mm. Binder layers are produced from grain of size of 16 mm and 22 mm. Wearing layers are produced from grain of size of 4 mm, 8 mm and 11 mm. All granulometric curves of asphalt concrete are continuous.
Asphalt concrete for very thin layers
It is an asphalt concrete made of a mixture of stone flour (fractions of stone material of eruptive origin). The maximum grain size of aggregates in stone material is 8 mm. Thin layers are made in the thickness of 20 to 30 mm, especially for the rehabilitation of motorways and main roads. These asphalts are characterized by increased friction between the vehicle tires and asphalt layer, and reduced noise levels.
SMA (Stone Mastic Asphalt)
Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) is asphalt of very high quality. SMA belongs to the group of asphalts for the production of wearing layers. It is made from aggregate of grain sizes of 4 mm, 8 mm, 11 mm and 16 mm. The SMA asphalt granulometric curves are discontinuous.
Porous asphalt
It is asphalt concrete with an increased gravel content in the structure. Porous asphalt belongs to the group of asphalts used for production of wearing layers. It is made from aggregate of grain size of 8 mm, 11 mm and 16 mm. The granulometric curves of the porous asphalt are discontinuous.
CONCRETES
High quality concretes of all strength classes are produced in a modern high capacity plant in Johovac (Doboj). Our concretes are used for construction of the most demanding, as well as less demanding buildings and structures. Additionally, our concrete was incorporated into bridges, viaducts, tunnels, cuts and other structures on the Doboj –Prnjavor motorway.
Our partners produce concrete in high-capacity modern plants in Klašnice (Laktaši), Bočac (Mrkonjić Grad), Zovi Do (Nevesinje) and Vladičin Han (Serbia). Additionally, their concretes were incorporated into bridges, viaducts, tunnels, cuts and other structures on the Gradiška – Banja Luka motorway, on the Banja Luka – Prnjavor motorway, on the E-75 motorway in Grdelička klisura (Serbia), in the dam of Hydroelectric Power Plant Bočac 2 (Mrkonjić Grad), and in the lining of inlet tunnel of Hydroelectric Power Plant Dabar (Nevesinje).

Pumped concrete

It is incorporated by concrete pumps. It is used during construction of high buildings, large bridges, on hardly accessible sites, etc. It allows fast and efficient construction.
